All In Black Security are recruiting SIA Door Supervisor Licenced Security Personnel for Fast Food Restaurants within the Milton Keynes area.
You must hold a Valid Door Supervisor Licence for this role. Due to location of the role, holding a drivers licence would be an advantage
Duties are, but not limited to:
- Carry out checks of patrons entering the venue to ensure customers are not too intoxicated
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for both customers and clients
- Ensure all policies are implemented and maintained
- Complete any incident reports
- Liaise with emergency services as and when required
- Meeting and greeting customers entering the venue
Skills/Qualities for this role:
- Flexible working attitude & Committed to attending shifts scheduled
- Professional, reliable, and responsible
- Confident in conflict resolution
- Clear communication and excellent customer Service skills are imperative
- Previous security experience in Clubs/Pubs/Bars desired
Pay Rate / Hours:
- Must be able to work Friday and Saturday nights
- Various shift availability (Must be able to work either shift pattern):
– 00:00am to 07:00am
– 23:00pm to 05:00am
- Rate of Pay – £12.00 per hour (Rate is inclusive of holiday pay. Holiday pay is inclusive as it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked).
- Can be either PAYE or UTR/Self-Employed (must have proof of UTR Number)
- 24 Hour Control Room
- Pensions (Auto-Enrolment, Can Opt In/Opt Out)
