All in Black Security are recruiting experienced Door Supervisors to join our security teams to work in venues in the Fulham area.

As a Door Supervisor with All in Black Security;

  • You will be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner and to ensure a great customer experience is had by customers
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff, and public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licensing standards.
  • Work independently or within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a quick and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have great customer service skills, well organised and the desire of delivering outstanding customer service.

What we require:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Friendly, professional, and well-spoken
  • Experience in customer service and facing role
  • Experience working in pub / bar / club venues
  • Professional and well-presented appearance
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Punctual and on time

We offer:

    • Work available for Friday and Saturday Nights. Must be available to work between 18:00 to 02:00 (minimum of 5 hours per shift)

 

  • Additional shift opportunities will be available on Chelsea Home Game days.

 

  • Rate of Pay – £12.00 per hour (Rate is inclusive of holiday pay. Holiday pay is inclusive, as it is accrued at 12.07% for every hour worked.).
  • PAYE  Payment Terms 
  • Auto Enrolment Pension
  • Company Uniform / ID where required.
