All In Black Security are recruiting SIA Licenced Security Personnel for Security and Control Room Officers in the Bordon, Hampshire area.

As work is based in the Bordon, Hampshire area, please ensure you have suitable travel arrangements in place.

*This role will be for Bank Holidays, School Holidays and Weekend Shifts*

Duties as a Security / Control Room Officer are, but not limited to:

  • CCTV Control Duties – Monitoring CCTV, Signing in Visitors, Issuing Permits and dealing with Alarm activations.
  • Deal with all lost and found property that is reported to Control.
  • Deal efficiently with emergencies including major incidents such as fire, bomb scares, etc.
  • Be responsible to comply with Health and Safety at work requirements, Fire Regulations, COSHH Regulations and safe working practices, including the use of prescribed protective clothing or equipment.
  • Create and maintain detailed and accurate records of all incidents that occur.
  • To carry out duties as per site security procedures and undertake training required
  • Ensure that all customer complaints are captured, documented, and passed to the Facilities Manager.
  • Provide a customer friendly professional security presence.
  • Carrying out foot patrols of various areas to provide a visible security patrol.

– Deter anti-social behaviour, theft and criminal activity
– Be confident in dealing with confrontation and resolving conflict situations
– Liaise with emergency services as and when required (Police, etc.)


  • Valid SIA Licence (DS)
  • Must be confident with dealing with confrontation and resolving conflict situations
  • Previous Security experience in similar role preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be professional and presentable at all times
  • Previous reporting skills desired
  • Be confident as a lone worker and a Team Player

Pay rate and Work Hours

  • Rate of Pay: £10.50 per hour
  • Be flexible to work 12pm to 9pm on Bank Holidays, Weekends and School Holidays
