AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting Stewards and Security Guards to join our team in Silverstone.

Please note: due to the location and size of the venue, you will need to ensure you drive and have access to a vehicle. We will not be providing transport for this role.

Duties will be, but not limited to static guarding, ticket scanning, gate house, etc.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

• Hold a valid Security Guard or Door Supervisor Licence (NOT required for stewards!)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
• Previous experience in a steward role or security guarding role is essential
• Work well as a team and as an individual
• Flexibility to work across weekdays and weekends

Further Information:

• Rate of pay can range from £12.25 to £13.50 (rate will vary depending on position)
• Hours of work can vary from 6 to 12 hours per shift (hours are dependent upon position)
• Must be flexible to work days and/or nights
• You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable work / education history as part of the vetting process (in compliance with BS7858;2019)
