AIB Venues - Event Security & Response Officers - Milton Keynes
AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting experienced Event Security, Response Security and Response Supervisors to join our teams for Events in Milton Keynes and Stadiums in London.
Response Team Officers will be the first officers responding to incidents at events. This role requires experienced door supervisors that have worked as part of response teams before, and have dealt with conflict management and de-escalation. Event Security officers will be required to ensure a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for staff and customers at all times.
Essential Skills / Qualities:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Previous experience in an Events Security, Response team role or similar is required
- Experience in crowd control
- Confident approaching and resolving conflict situations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and approachable at all times
- Flexibility to travel to various areas
What we offer:
- Rate of Pay is dependent upon position, experience and work venue.
- Event Security Officer: £13 to £14 per hour
- Response Security Officer: £14 to £16 per hour
- Response Supervisor: £16 to £18 per hour
- Holiday entitlement is paid out each month at a 12.07% rate – if you would like further information, you can contact us

AIB Venues - Door Supervisor - Hertford
AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting an experience SIA Licenced Door Supervisor to join our Door Supervisor team in Hertford.
You will be required to have your own transport for this role. There is no local public transport available at the finish time of this shift.
As a Door Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner and to ensure a great customer experience is had by customers. You must ensure the safety and well being of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and the public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licencing standards.
Requirements:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Minimum of 1 Year working as a Door Supervisor in bars, clubs, bars or similar.
- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Excellent customer service and clear communication skills are imperative
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Confident to work as an individual and as a team
- Reliable, punctual and on time
- Flexible working attitude
We offer:
- Flexible to work Friday and Saturdays nights
- Minimum of 6 hours per shift, working between 18:00 to 02:30
- Rate of Pay: £13 per hour
