AIB Venues - Events Response Team, Wembley Stadium
AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting experienced Response Security Officers for Events at Wembley Stadium.
Response Officers will be the first officers responding to incidents at events. This role requires Experienced Door Supervisors that have worked as part of Response Teams before, and have dealt with conflict management and de-escalation. The role will vary from search to roaming security teams.
Previous experience in a Response Team role is required for this position.
Essential Skills / Qualities:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Previous experience in an Events Response Team position
- Experienced in Crowd Control
- Confident approaching and resolving conflict situations
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and approachable at all times
- Flexibility to travel to various areas

What we offer:
- Rate of Pay: £14 to £16 per hour (dependent upon experience and position)

Skills / Qualities required:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Driving Licence and own vehicle would be an advantage, but not essential

- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Reliable and well organised

Rate of Pay & Hours:

AIB Venues - Door Supervisor (BAR), Hertford (Casual / Relief Cover)
AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting SIA Licenced Door Supervisors to join our Door Supervisor team in Hertford.

Please ensure you have checked your transport to and from Hertford, due to the shift ending at 02:30am, there will be no public transport routes available.
As a Door Supervisor with AIB Venues;
- You will be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner and to ensure a great customer experience is had by customers
- Ensure the safety and well being of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licencing standards.
- Work independently or within a team to ensure that security roles and duties are executed in a quick and efficient manner.
What we require:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Minimum of 1 Year working as a Door Supervisor in Bars/Clubs/Pubs/etc.
- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Friendly and professional
- Experience in customer service and facing role
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Reliable and well organised
- Punctual and on time
- Flexible working attitude
We offer:
- Casual / Relief Cover for Friday and Saturday nights (between 6:00pm and 2:30am)
- Rate of Pay: £12 per hour
