AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting for Drivers to join our Events Teams based in Milton Keynes and surrounding areas.

As a Driver, you will be responsible for picking up and dropping off staff to Events in a number of locations.

Locations of work can range from local events in Milton Keynes, to further afield such as Windsor, London, Great Yarmouth and more.. Vehicles driven can range from cars, vans and minibuses.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

  • Full UK Manual Drivers Licence is required
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills are imperative
  • Previous experience in a driving role
  • Professional and reliable
  • Flexible and confident to travel to various areas across the UK

Hours / Rate of Pay:

  • Rate of Pay: £12 per hour
  • Holiday entitlement is paid out each month at a 12.07% rate – if you would like further information, you can contact us
  • This role will be on a casual / part time flexible basis.
  • Work Hours can vary depending upon the location and event. You must be flexible to work a range of mornings, evenings and nights.
  • The break period between pick up and drop offs will be paid, but can be dependent upon the location and event.

AIB Security - Door Supervisor - Hertford

AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting an experience SIA Licenced Door Supervisor to join our Door Supervisor team in Hertford.

You will be required to have your own transport for this role. There is no local public transport available at the finish time of this shift. 

As a Door Supervisor you will be the first point of contact for venues/event’s customers. You will be required to ensure that visitors are greeted in a professional and welcoming manner and to ensure a great customer experience is had by customers. You must ensure the safety and well being of all persons under your duty of care (including customers, staff and the public in your area) in accordance with SIA and licencing standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Minimum of 1 Year working as a Door Supervisor in bars, clubs, bars or similar.
  • Confident to approach and resolve conflict
  • Excellent customer service and clear communication skills are imperative
  • Professional and well-presented appearance
  • Confident to work as an individual and as a team
  • Reliable, punctual and on time
  • Flexible working attitude

We offer:

  • Flexible to work Friday and Saturdays nights
  • Minimum of 6 hours per shift, working between 18:00 to 02:30
  • Rate of Pay: £13 per hour

AIB Security - Stewards - London Stadium

AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting Stewards to join our team for events at London Stadium.

With more than 20 years of experience at the highest level, we pride ourselves on our ability to maintain safety and security in a range of environments. We're excited to grow our large scale event teams with new opportunities.

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Ensuring the welfare and safety of all spectators
  • Direct and advise spectators of welfare locations
  • Assist controlling the ingress and egress of spectators
  • Encouraging spectators to stand clear of exits and stairways to ensure everyone’s safety
  • Report any concerns to the Steward supervisor

Qualifications, skills and qualities required:

  • Holding a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety is mandatory (If you do not hold a certificate, training can be offered at a small cost)
  • Must have completed the E-learning Awareness Action Counters Terrorism (ACT) Certificate in the last 12 months
  • Previous experience within a Steward position is desired, but not essential. Must be willing to learn and grow within a busy environment
  • Professional and approachable
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are imperative
  • Work well as a team member and as an individual

AIB Security - Response Security - London Stadium

AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting SIA Response Team Security to join our team for events at London Stadium.

Duties and responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Resolving breaches, conflict and disorder in line with the stadium’s regulations
  • Follow ejection procedures in line with the stadium’s regulations, ensuring all ejections are carried out in teams
  • Follow radio protocols; ensuring clear communication skills are used to relay any incident or emergencies to supervisors / managers
  • Follow guidance and instructions from the Response Team Supervisor
  • Complete incident reports in the correct format, ensuring all details of incidents are recorded clearly

Qualifications, skills and qualities required:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Must have completed the Action Counters Terrorism (ACT) Certificates in the last 12 months (both awareness and security)
  • Holding a Level 2 or 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety is mandatory (If you do not hold a certificate, training can be offered at a small cost)
  • Previous experience within a Response Security position is essential
  • Previous experience in writing incident reports and using radios
  • Confident when handling difficult situations and resolving conflict
  • Excellent customer service and clear communication skills are imperative
  • Professional and approachable
  • Work well as a team member and an individual
