AIB Venues - Events Response Team, Wembley Stadium

AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting experienced Response Security Officers for Events at Wembley Stadium.

Response Officers will be the first officers responding to incidents at events. This role requires Experienced Door Supervisors that have worked as part of Response Teams before, and have dealt with conflict management and de-escalation. The role will vary from search to roaming security teams.

Previous experience in a Response Team role is required for this position.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Previous experience in an Events Response Team position
  • Experienced in Crowd Control
  • Confident approaching and resolving conflict situations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
  • Professional and approachable at all times
  • Flexibility to travel to various areas

What we offer:

  • Rate of Pay: £14 to £16 per hour (dependent upon experience and position)
  • Hours per shift will vary depending on the Event at the stadium.

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
  • Driving Licence and own vehicle would be an advantage, but not essential
  • Previous security experience desired, but not essential. Must be willing to learn and grow
  • Confident to approach and resolve conflict
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
  • Professional and well-presented appearance
  • Reliable and well organised
  • Punctual and on time

Rate of Pay & Hours:

  • Rate of pay: £13 per hour
  • Flexible for both weekdays and weekends
  • Hours per event will vary depending on the type of event (such as races, concerts, festivals, etc).
  • Further opportunities will be available for those willing to travel to other areas, such as Fontwell, Bordon, Windsor, Milton Keynes, etc.
