AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting for SIA Door Supervisors to join our growing team for Race days and Events at the Windsor Racecourse.

We’re looking to grow our team of Stewards and Security for the upcoming events season beginning in April 2024.
Skills / Qualities required:
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence
- Driving Licence and own vehicle would be an advantage, but not essential
- Previous security experience desired, but not essential. Must be willing to learn and grow
- Confident to approach and resolve conflict
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and well-presented appearance
- Reliable and well organised
- Punctual and on time
- Work well as part of a team and as an individual
Rate of Pay & Hours:
- Rate of pay: £13 per hour
- Must be available to work Monday Race days and flexible to work Events on weekends and weekday where required
- Hours per event will vary depending on the type of event (such as races, concerts, festivals, etc).
- Further opportunities will be available for those willing to travel to other areas, such as Fontwell, Bordon, Milton Keynes, etc.
Please note:
– You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable work history/education in accordance with the BS7858;2019.
– You must be able to show all Right to Work documentation
