AIB Venues, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting Event Stewards to join our teams for Stadiums and Events in the London area.
Event Stewards are an important part of an Events Team that assists customers and staff regarding any queries or concerns. Stewards duties can range from checking tickets, guiding customers to welfare areas and assisting with ingress and egress. Stewards ensure staff and customer safety by reporting hazards or potential threats to the security supervisors and managers.
Essential Skills / Qualities:
- Previous experience in a steward role or similar desired, but not essential.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional and approachable at all times
- Flexibility to travel to various areas
What we offer:
- Rate of Pay is dependent upon the venue and type of event.
- Event Steward: £11.45 to £13.15 per hour
- Holiday entitlement is paid out each month at a 12.07% rate – if you would like further information, you can contact us
- Work hours for each event will vary depending on the event and location.
Please note: We complete a full 5 year vetting check – you must be able to provide information regarding any work or education history across the last 5 years. We complete vetting checks in accordance to BS7858;2019.
