AIB Security, part of the AIB Group, are recruiting for Stewards to join our growing team for Events in the Milton Keynes area.
We will be recruiting for the Spring / Summer Events Period.

Stewards do not require any previous experience, but must be willing to learn and grow within a busy environment.
Skills / Qualities required:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills are imperative
- Professional, reliable and well organised
- Punctual and on time
- Work well as part of a team and as an individual
- Driving Licence and own vehicle would be an advantage, but not essential
Rate of Pay & Hours:
- Stewards: £11.45 per hour (new rate of pay will be updated after 1st April 2025).
- Holiday entitlement is paid out each month at a 12.07% rate – if you would like further information to discuss this please contact us
- You must be flexible for both weekdays and weekends
- Hours per event will vary depending on the type of event (such as races, concerts, festivals, etc).
- Further opportunities will be available for those willing to travel to other areas, such as Fontwell, Bordon, Windsor, Wembley, Great Yarmouth, etc.
Please note:
– You must be able to show all Right to Work documentation
– We complete vetting checks in accordance with BS7858;2019. You must be able to provide a full 5 year checkable history.
